The firm came into active operation in 2017 and has undertaken reasonable works in Property Management, Facilities Management, Estate Agency, Feasibility and Viability Appraisal, Remodeling and Renovation Works.

Mr. Babatunde .A. Ojo, He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, The Principal Partner of the Company started his career as an Estate Surveyor, with Chris Onjewu & Co.; a registered firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He left the Company and joined D’Lord Maseli & Partners, where he rose to become the Professional Services Manager as well as the Head of Valuation Department of Head Office, in Abuja and with over 10 years’ experience. He later joined the company of Sharon Properties Limited in 2013 as the head Client Services & Facility Manager and later in 2017 became the Property Manager.
His remarkable performance and experience in the companies has enabled him to establish his own practice as Emerald Choice Properties Consulting with the aim of improving on services rendered to clients and the general public. A graduate of Estate Management from Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State. He also holds a National Diploma in Estate Management from Kaduna Polytechnic in 1997.
He is proficient and experienced; with a sizzling astuteness in property management, facility management, agency and valuation.
